Hotel Policies	Check-in and check-out times The entry time is from 15:00, and check-out is until 12:00/noon. Please notify the hotel if you expect to arrive after 18:00. Bookings with free cancellation Payment: the payment of your booking will be made directly at the hotel upon arrival. Cancellation: cancellations up to 12 noon on the day before arrival will not be charged. For later cancellations or no-shows, a night’s stay under the chosen booking scheme will be charged and any remaining nights booked will be cancelled. Non-refundable bookings Payment: the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time the booking is confirmed. Cancellation: This booking cannot be cancelled or modified. Under no circumstances will the total amount of the stay be refunded once the booking has been confirmed. Prepaid and Non-refundable bookings Upon arrival at the hotel, it is mandatory to present the credit card used to make the payment for your reservation. If you fail to present this card, the hotel reserves the right to request full payment for the stay again at that time, and the original amount will be refunded to the card used for the initial reservation. Bookings with "1 Free Change" Rate Payment: the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time the booking is confirmed. Cancellation: This booking is Non-Refundable but with it you are able to make a change up to the date of your booking, providing that you notify us within 15 days of the check-in date. You may modify the date of your booking at no additional charge up to one year from the date of entry, in a room with the same features and/or you can agree to pay a possible difference in rate but without any type of management fees. It cannot be cancelled or modified. Under no circumstances will the total amount of the stay be refunded once the booking has been confirmed. Booking scheme and dress code Drinks are not included for guests staying on a half board (breakfast and dinner) or full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) booking scheme. To dine at the restaurant for the evening meal, gentlemen are required to wear a shirt or polo shirt and long trousers and ladies are required to wear smart clothes. All Inclusive Service Meals, top brand local and international drinks, cocktails and snacks. Some dishes and wines at the restaurants are subject to an additional fee. The Privilege service, Despacio Spa Centre and some water activities are not included in the program. Premium drinks are only included for guests who have contracted the Privilege, Exclusive Rooms and Services option. General terms and conditions The booking is personal and non-transferable. With prior notice, the hotel reserves the right to change the payment conditions and cancellation policy if the booking exceeds 7 nights, is made for a period when there is high demand or a fair or is a booking of more than 4 rooms with different booking numbers. If any booking scheme has been contracted then this will be offered in the hotel restaurant. Use of room service may incur additional fees. In those hotels that offer a private car park, a space must be booked in advance and may incur additional fees. Pets Not admitted. Despacio Spa Centres Access to the gym and the relaxation zone is free for hotel guests, but there is an additional fee for other spa services. Prior booking is required. Access to the installations is not permitted to children under 18 years of age, except when accompanied by an adult, in which case they may access the massage, hairdressing and manicure services. 100% smoke-free hotels Smoking is strictly banned inside our hotels. Exceptionally, some hotels may have specially designed areas for smokers; these are clearly marked. Failure to comply with the ban on smoking will result in an automatic fine of $250. Show All
